How do I view the passengers boarded on a specific journey?

 

You will need to select the routes page from the home page. From there, select the route that you require the information from, making sure to select the correct time of service

Selecting the calendar will bring you to a monthly calendar which can be navigated by going backwards and forwards.

Once you have found the date you need the specific information from, select it which will bring up 3 options. To view the live service data, please select view journey.

This will then take you onto that day’s live service data. On this page, you will see a map which will show the vehicle’s updated location as the service progressed from when the driver begins the journey to when it is ended.

Under this is the list of passengers. This will show the list of all passengers who are expected to board on this journey. Once a passenger has boarded, it will show:

  • If they have been boarded manually or using their token,
  • The time that they boarded the vehicle
  • The location that they boarded at the stop
  • The time that they disembarked the vehicle
  • The stop that that they disembarked the stop.

Finally, under this, there is a log of all events which records all events including the updated vehicle location every 30 seconds as well as the boarding/disembarking information of passengers.
