How do I view my booking on the Kura portal?

Once a booking has been placed for a passenger, you are able to view all bookings via the schedule. To do this via the portal, you will need to select your passenger’s name when you log in.

This will then open a new page that will bring up several sections. At the bottom of the page, you can see a calendar view that shows the schedule.

To navigate through the schedule use the arrows next to the month name to go backward or forward.

If a booking has been made for a day, this will appear on the schedule. Otherwise, this will appear blank.

You are able to view further trip information on each trip individually by clicking on each journey.
