How do I change my Kura password?

The below link will take you to a short video guide detailing how to reset your password.

Select ‘Forgot your password' below the Login button.

Enter your email address when prompted and select SEND CODE

You will receive an email from welcome@ridekura.com with the subject ‘Kura Sign Up verification code’ containing a 6 digit verification code

Enter the code in the app and then select a new password, please note your password must include 8 characters, 1 capital letter, 1 lower case, 1 number, and 1 special character. Special characters include: = + - ^ $ * . [ ] { } ( ) ? " ! @ # % & / \ , > < ' : ; | _ ~ ` .

Please use the eye icon to view your typing and ensure that the password is entered as required.

You will have to type your new chosen password twice as confirmation before selecting SUBMIT

You will then be taken back to the main sign-in page where you can enter your new password and then LOGIN

If the app does not recognise these new details please close and reopen the app to be sure your cache has cleared.
