You might need to cancel a journey you have started. This could be because you selected the wrong route or if there has been a last-minute change and you need to conduct a different service.
A cancelled journey resets the journey on the system so that it is as if it never happened and is available for another driver to select. The option to cancel the journey only exists until you have left the second stop. After this, you will be unable to select this as an option.
To cancel a journey, select the 3 dot icon at the top right of the screen and select the CLOSE JOURNEY option
You will then be given options of why you wish to end the journey.
In order to cancel the service so this can be selected by other drivers, you will need to select MISTAKE MADE DURING JOURNEY SETUP.
You will not be able to select the 1st option once you have departed from the first stop.
If your vehicle has broken down, and another driver and vehicle will be continuing the route, you will need to select, SWAPPING VEHICLE. You would select this option when another device is needed to be used to complete the journey.
Once the journey is ready to restart, the same journey will need to be selected. Provided that the SWAPPING VEHICLE was selected, this screen will immediately pop up. You will need to pick either the stop you are due to arrive at or you are currently at.
You will be prompted to complete the journey details as normal. On the confirmation screen, it will now show your next point. If everything is correct, click RESUME JOURNEY.

The journey will then continue as normal.
JOURNEY COMPLETED should be chosen when you have reached your final stop and all passengers have disembarked.
Once you have made the selection and press CONFIRM.
If the app crashes or if you close the app without ending the journey, the next time you open the app, you will receive a message to advise that your journey details were recovered.
If you are continuing the journey, select the stop you are at or the next stop you are en route to visit and press confirm next stop.
If the journey has ended, scroll to the bottom and confirm that this ended and no passengers are on board by pressing End Journey.
