Can I change the pick up and drop off location after I have made a booking via the app ?

If your organisation’s booking/payment terms allow, adhoc changes to bookings can be made via the app by removing unwanted trips and booking new ones subject to availability.  Should you need to make a permanent change to all the initial stops selected in your booking please contact Kura and we will be happy to assist with the necessary changes. This will ensure you receive the correct notification for boarding and alighting and also provide the Kura driver with the correct information.
