      Adding tokens to a passenger profile via the app

      Clicking on the menu button will open the sidebar. Selecting the Tokens  tab will allow you to add new tokens to your passengers:

       

      Select the passenger to whom you wish to add a token:

       

       

      Existing tokens are shown. Select the + button to add a new token:

       

      New tokens can be added by:

      •        Scanning a QR code

      •        Touching an NFC tag or card to the back of the device (if the device supports reading NFCs),

      •        Manually entering the tag number

      When the number has been entered, select CONFIRM

       

       

      Troubleshooting: If your device does not have a built-in NFC reader and you have a Kura-provided NFC token/card you can manually enter the ID number (printed on the token/card). If your card is provided by your organisation and does not have a visible ID number please contact your issuing office for assistance.
