Auto top-up for Ride Bundles: This allows the system to automatically top up your credit bundles once they get low.
Paying by Direct Debit - If offered, this allows flexibility in paying for your child's travel.
How do I switch directions if I have bought a one-way pass? This is a simple guide on how to change the direction of a one-way pass.
Day of Travel: Each rider has a digital travel pass with a unique QR code for boarding. Riders must show the QR code each time they board, and our drivers will scan it to confirm the trip.

What to do if my child is not attending school - If your child is ill or unable to attend school, follow this guide.
Just so you know, if you have purchased an Annual/Term pass, the trips will not be scheduled on your app until closer to the start of the academic year, and they will be automatically booked once the trips are published. If you have opted to pay by Direct Debit, the first monthly payment will be between September 1st and 5th, 2025.
