Changing my default pickup stop

When purchasing a Travel Pass or a Ride bundle, a pick-up & drop-off stop are set by default.

Sometimes you may need to change the pick-up stop associated with a Travel Pass or a Ride bundle, for example if you move house.

It's not currently possible to change the stops in the Rider App or the Web-app.

But if you really need to start using a different pickup on a daily basis, here's what to do:

  1. Find the stop you desire to use instead by searching alternatives in your program page in the Rider App or Web-app. See this article to help find your program and consult all the stops on a map.
  2. Contact our customer care team via this request form and we will update the default stops associated to your Travel Pass or Ride bundle for you.
